Lachasse, London Haute Couture Coat

Lachasse, London was founded in 1928 as an English Couture House. Their exquisitely crafted garments are in the permanent collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum. The house is renowned for their tailoring, inspired by the masculine tradition of tailoring in England.

This black, satin trimmed wool coat is a perfect example of the quality of their work. The collarless coat has three black and gold buttons for closure and a pair of pockets in the front seams that are outlined in black satin. The coat is fully lined in black satin with a copious amount of hand finishing. It is in pristine condition.
