The inky black velvet dress has a sleek fitted bodice with long sleeves, a softly gathered hipline and a short mini skirt hidden under all those ruffles. The sleeves have a generous double ruffle of black silk organza. This matches the sexy ruffled skirt which has three deep organza over tulle ruffles extending beyond the short velvet underskirt for a sheer and sexy look.
